Please bear with me as I do a little explaining since I've just got it sorted myself ! BTSport is available to anyone with BT Broadband, however you cannot get it on a normal TV. I have a YouView box and with BT Infinity I can BTSport1, BTSport2 & ESPN on my YouView box (Channels 507, 608, 509) played through my TV. My TV however will not pick up the channels. Just says they are "scrambled".They also appear to be available on Sky (channels 413, 414, 417) and Virgin (channels 547, 548, 529).
I strongly suspect that the only way to see these channels without a YouView box, Sky, or Virgin is on line through your computer.

It needs to be added to your browser, check add-ons in the settings on the browser.

You should contact customer support at BT directly and they may be able to assist you.

make sure that you are able to use bt sport by going through your bt account page, I had to add it to my subscription but at zero charge.

you have to be signed up for it or get a sky package

try to powercycle to reboot system//if with cable provider, adv to send signal to box (if any)//if not you need to sign up for cable providers to get digital box to access sky sports if needed
