Ereader wont load - Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition

You cant factory reset it. That only works on apple.

go to settings select the app and clear all data. select app then sign in again.

Try factory reset. Press the hidden reset button while powering the unit. This should clear out everything that caused the hangup.

Give it about 2-5 minutes , if that doesn't work try holding the power and volume button until it shows you a reboot option.

If it just hangs at the loading screen (doesn't turn itself back off automatically), you might need to do a factory reset on it. How you do that varies between each model of tablet.
