The other E10 fault is a clogged drain pump. Instructions to clean and free this are in the user manual obtained here. http://www.aeg.co.uk/Support/Manuals/

SOURCE: washing machine not filling

Check the screens at the point where your water hoses connect to the washer. These often get clogged with calcium. A simple vinegar soak or cleaning with a brush will often solve this problem

1. Turn off the water supply at the valve
2 Place a towel or bucket behind the washing machine to catch remaining water coming from the removed hose
3. See if the screen (often cone shaped) is inside the washer side or the hose itself.

Remove the screen, clean it, and replace.

I hope this works.

I am putting a new hot water heater in and the cold line has no got no water coming out of the line at all it the only time it

It sounds as though you need a plumber...

It sounds as though the cold water feed pipe is a low pressure supply from a storage tank (rather than the mains) and something has become blocked or displaced.

The pipework needs tracing to locate the fault and rectify it as the heater will need a good continuous supply of water if it is to function properly. If it is an instantaneous type heater check with the instruction manual as that type of heater often need a high pressure supply.

What's your question?Water pressure from tap is low.Can I pour water directly into the water storage tank?

Yes, water usually goes directly into the tank from the water inlet.
If the pressure is low going in, the pressure will be low coming out.

No water going into machine

If the kitchen inlet tap is open, then you have couple of issues - water pressure setting (high or low) is changed and is not same as mains pressure or the inlet valve in dishwasher is faulty.

Saeco sg200 vending machine LED says no water .I changed the flow meter but no luck what do i ttry next

Unlike older-generation Saeco machines, the SG200 has an LCD display without LEDs. If you really have an SG200 with a "no water" alarm, try cycling the power and listen for water pump noise upon start-up. If no pump noise, check if reservoir is full, to determine which of the two water pumps is failing (the one in the base cabinet or the one that moves water from the reservoir to the boiler)- GT

I am getting a 4E error message on my Samsung frontloader WF8802RSW. What does this mean? Thanks

4E refears to a water supply issue.

pull machine out, turn off the water and remove the inlet hose. put hose in a basin and turn on water, if water flowing the fault is on the machine end. although if the water pressure is very low the machine can time out filling and this will cause an error code. always try to have machine plumbed into the mains supply, not the tank in the attick.

where you unscrewed the inlet hose from the machine check for dirt or grit, if dirty get a pair of pliars and pull out the mesh and clean out. refit inlet hose and your sorted.

if not this its a new valve you need

Have filled tank, switched on but cannot get any steam or water

Please try putting the machine on mains water pressure as it might want bleeding as air as got into the system. you will need to attach the water mains pipe directly onto the pump by removing the pipe that gose to the water tank and fitting the water mains pipe.Run the machine on direct water supply for 2 minutes and then return the pipes back to normall.

Dosen't seem to get enough water in machine

Are you on tank water or mains pressure?
some washers have to be told wether they are going to be using high pressure or low pressure.I would make sure all the filters in the dishwasher are taken out & cleaned very well & i would check any filters in the inlet hose that connect to the taps for any clogging.if that does'nt work you may have a faulty inlet valve.

No water pressure in bath tub after turning off hot water heater

It could be back flowing into the hot water heater tank which is not full because of the leak. Even though the valve is closed on the cold water entry side, there is probably no valve on the exit side. That is how it is returning to the tank.

Newly installed integrated dishwasher will not start

have you checked that the water inlet pipe is not kinked or that it is turned on. some models have water pressure sensors and wont work on low pressure supplys
