Channels locked how do i unlock my channels

How to lock or unlock channelsTo lock or unlock channels:

1. Press the Menu button on your remote control.
2. Select Settings.


3. Highlight System and press OK/Select.
4. Select Parental/Purchase.
5. Enter your Parental Controls PIN.
6. Select Parental Preferences.

To lock or unlock all channels:
Select Lock All or Unlock All and press OK.

To lock or unlock specific channels:
Select Block by Channel > Add or Remove Channels.
From there you can select to Lock All, Unlock All, or
select specific channel(s) that you'd like to lock or unlock.

1. Press Hold.
2. Enter the channel number you want to unlock and press Hold again. (You can also press Hold and scroll to the channel.)
3. Press l/O. L/O (or TL/O) disappears.

Unlock all Channels in Banks Currently Enabled for Scan

1. Press Hold to stop scanning.
2. Press and hold l/O until Confirm Unlock All Channels? appears in the display.
3. Press Pgm/E to unlock all or . Clr to cancel.

Channel Lockout You can lock out a channel so it is not scanned. Channel Lockout does not erase the frequency from the channel. You can lock out up to 50 channels, including the Priority channel.
Lockout information is retained in the memory when the scanner is turned off.To Lock out a Channel
Example: Suppose you want to lock out Channel 2 because it stops on transmissions you don't want to hear.Press LOCKOUT when the scanner stops on Channel 2.The scanner locks out Channel 2, Then it immediately advances to the next channel that is not locked out, and resumes scanning.In the Manual mode, press LOCKOUT to lock out the displayed channel. Pressing LOCKOUT does not advance to the next channel in Manual mode.L/O appears in the display to indicate the displayed channel is locked out.Whenever you want to search for channels that are locked out, press MANUAL repeatedly to go through all 50 channels. If a channel is locked out, L/O
appears in the display.Restore a Locked Out Channel To unlock a channel so that it can be monitored during scanning:1. Press MANUAL repeatedly to find the locked out channel.2. Press LOCKOUT again to unlock the displayed channel. L/O no longer appears in the display.Restore All Locked Out Channel To unlock all channels, you must be in the Manual Mode.1. Press MANUAL.

To lock out a bank so that the scanner does not scan its channels, press the letter that corresponds to the bank. The bank's letter disappears from the display. To unlock locked-out banks, simply press that bank's letter again. The bank's letter appears on the display and the scanner includes that bank when scanning. Note: You cannot lock out all banks. One bank must be unlocked at all times. Locking/Unlocking Channels To lock out a channel so that the scanner does not stop on it while scanning, press L/O when the scanner is stopped on that channel, or manually select the channel and press L/O. To unlock the channel, manually select it and press L/O again. Restoring All Locked Out Channels You can restore all locked-out channels in a bank only when the bank is selected for scan. Follow these steps to restore all locked-out channels in a bank. 1. If you de-selected the bank, press SCAN then press the bank's letter. 2. Press MANUAL. 3. Hold down L/O for about 2 seconds. The scanner beeps twice and unlocks all To delete a stored frequency, press 0 then press E. Channels with no frequencies are automatically locked out hope this helps

I need a code to unlock my TV its a VS-5004R mitsubishi TV?

i find out that some channel are locked on my telivision with a padlock sign. How can i unlock this channels

and i have also buy sanyo tv kit 360 ch fit in my old bpl 20"tv and i know for unlock tv channel.
try this this code definetly is solve your problem.
1st go to the locked channel.
and then press menu>system>child lock
and then press and hold down tv/av key and press swap key.
and see locked channel is unlock.

Locking/Unlocking IDs Contents You can lock out IDs you don't want to hear such as telemetry, MDT's, dog catcher, etc. To Lock out an ID while scanning, quickly press L/OUT while the ID is displayed. To Lock or Unlock an ID manually: 1. In Manual mode select any channel of the bank you want to lock or unlock an ID in by entering the bank number and channel number (Ex: 001) then press MAN to advance to the channel. 2. Press PGM then TRUNK to put the scanner in program and trunk modes. You will see the bank number (0-9), list number (0-4), and the list status (ON or OFF) on the 1st line, the ID# in the list (0-29) on the 2nd line, the ID on the 3rd line, and bank tag on the 4th line (if programmed). 3. Press TRUNK (each time) to select the ID list (0-4). 4. Select the ID# (0-29) by pressing or (or press and hold; faster) then press L/OUT to lock or unlock the ID. An L will appear to the right of the ID# if the ID is locked out. 5. Press MAN to exit programming. To Unlock IDs in a bank: 1. In Manual mode select any channel of the bank you want to view the locked out IDs in by entering the bank number and channel number (Ex: 001) then press MAN to advance to the channel. 2. Press PGM then TRUNK to put the scanner in program and trunk modes. You will see the ID list. 3. Press FUNC then L/OUT (each time) to view the locked IDs. Press L/OUT to unlock the ID. The next locked out ID will appear. 4. Press MAN to exit programming. Note: You cannot unlock all IDs at one time.

Without the code, you must get an original remote and press the "QV" and the "9" buttons together to unlock the TV.
