If you have the old battery make/number try the main battery manufacturers or retailer websites (such as Renata) who have compatibility tables for most makes and models. Alternatively try a wholesaler such as Cousins (in the UK) as they stock a wide range of batteries. Remember there are often postal restrictions on batteries so check shipping costs before ordering.
Depending on what you are using the watch for it will have different battery life. Using the talk feature you should get around 2 hours, on standby about 7 days, the analog watch has a seperate battery that should last 2 years and charging the watch takes 2 hours to get a full charge.
If your phone is running Android 2.3.3 (gingerbread) or above (like ice cream sandwich or jellybean) your phone should be able to download their app from the google play store.
If your phone is not compatible with the app when you go to the app's download page on google play you will not be able to download the app and there will be a notice stating that it is not compatible.
