Configuration caused my netflix to lock cant play anything

Have you downloaded the app from google play on the smart box itself?uninstall it and then reinstall.have you configured the login on the app?if you have mini keyboard press c whilst highlighting the netflix app to get to settings.input correct login details restart machine.if still error coding.go to settings ....apps....Netflix....clear cache....restart smart box.....restart.if it still misbehaves then try going to the built in browser and go direct to netflix site and bookmark from there.this is a http error code that means the URL is incorrect which means it's being redirected to the wrong URL.are you using vpn , DNS?

Where are you trying to watch Netflix? There could be some problem watching it from a PC or browser. You can also request support, which are free, and they can help you out. They will ask you certain question, as where are you trying to watch Netflix, if pc , what are the configurations, and things like that.
To get support, you need to log in to your Netflix account in a computer, and when ask for support, they will give a ticket number, that you will use when calling them. This is for security reason. If you have a smartphone with good data connection or wi-fi, download the Netflix app, log in with your Netflix account and try it out. If it works, there msut be something wrong with your computer.

1. Have you succeeded yet with the RCA connecting to other online services? If not, Is your outer configuration correct? Is your router set up (with good security)?

Perhaps your wireless router isn't set up correctly. Does your TV detect your router? (This info should be somewhere in the Tv's menu system--say, wireless configuration.) If so, in addition did you get the passphrase or username/password correct in the relevant TV configuration for wireless?

2. Connecting with Netflix is somewhat different--each supported device has a Netflix ID.

As a matter of fact, you must get online first (with a PC or laptop--maybe a smartphone) with Netflix--in order to input your device Identifier number or code to Netflix first--in order to be able to get to the Username/Password menu input associated with Netflix. (This is true with many other services, too. Many other services provide the code online, instead.) If you've achieved that already, is your Netflix username/password correctly inputted also into the TV's Netflix configuration?

3. Generally, the Netflix ID is somewhere in the TV's menu system.

The TV likely offers such an Id--especially for Netflix: It's likely somewhere elsewhere in it's menu configuration--it's likely an info item--something which only may be read. Each Netflix-enabled device or TV/Blu Ray player has a unique Netflix identifier. (PCs and laptops are exceptions.)

4. Unless the TV is defective and can't connect, you'll likely succeed soon! Netflix is a little different: Their ID is associated with supported devices as they are manufactured: It's directly embedded into devices beforehand.

Connect the tv to the nv79 using either the VGA or the HDMI connector, configure the tv as another monitor and just open the Netflix streaming window on the laptop than drag it to the tv.
