    I have a similar problem. Mine says there's a nail jam but there is not anything jammed and now it just won't work at all, and the red light just blinks. I makes a nice paperweight now.

SOURCE: Won't charge fully

If your warranty has expired, you're best off buying a new drill. Replacing batteries will quickly add up to the cost of a new drill.

I know they cost a lot more, but, if you want something that will last a lot longer, look at a Milwaukee, DeWalt, Makita, Bosch, Hitachi for your replacement. Milwaukee actually guarantees their LiIon batteries will last 1,000 charges or longer.

What causes the nail gun not to fire

Your question isn't specific enough. Multiple things need to work together to fire a gas fired nail gun;
First the obvious user faults;
Low battery
Low gas
Nail guide jam

Not so obvious;
Broken/worn return springs (nail guide and firing bolt)
Faulty micro switches
Bent or impacted internal mechanism
Fan fault
Ignition or spark fault
Dirty or damaged ignition chamber (just like a car piston, cylinder and rings)
Faulty micro controller and ignition circuitry

always disconnect your strimmer from the power when doing this also wear protective footware and long trousers, when using such tools.

Paslode nail gun 325 black not firing

Any time these guns become intermittent or stop firing but the fan still runs, the first the to check is the expiration date on the gas cartridges. The do expire and this will make the gun work inconsistently or not at all.

My nail gun when i locate the battery to the gun it does not work

Make sure none of the battery contacts in the nail gun aren't bent, broken or missing. Try to rebend them out to make better contact.
Also make sure your battery charger is actually charging the batts as well.
let me know how it goes..

Nail Jam

batteries need to be fully charged, on this units the mechanism is a complete barebones and the electronic boards, so the best thing is to find factory service for it.
