Prints and photocopies blank pages

If it's printing an additional blank page as well as the printed page then you should check that it is set to the right paper size everywhere. A4 is longer and narrower than American paper so a mismatch either way would require an extra sheet. This would happen even if there is nothing to be printed on that page, hence it's blank.

if print from computer ok than problem on scanner or both blank problem on high voltage

is there a scanner lock on the right hand side of the glass?

Get another driver for the printer from Epson web site. If that do not work call the Epson technical support or leave them an E-Mail.

Check the transfer unit or the developer unit contact.

check the charging assembly/transfer assembly maybe there is a leak in those parts or the corona wire is broken

It needs a firmware update by a certified canon tech. Sorry, you should take to local service center.
