I had the same problem with my samsung f700.. it froze so i tried to turn it off,, thn whn i turned it bak on just the startup "samsung" logo would show up nd get stuk thn i turned it off nd on again nd now the screen just lights up but cant's see anything!!!

There is actually two ways of doing it if it's a smart phn thn all u have to do is connect th phn to th wall charger let it charge for five mins let it be connected to charge turn off ur phn once u have done the Nd after th phn is completely switched of u will a battery symbol as loading if u see tht ur doing it correctly thn disconnect ur phn frm th wall charger thn hold power key Nd th down volume key Nd home button if it's old Samsung device for th new one it's power key Nd down arrow key hold it together until u see Android logo man follow th instructions of resetting frm there but be advised remove th memory card frm th phn or else th data will be gone also non of ur phn data will be there left once u perform these step Nd one more thing Samsung account are nothing but email address used by u so check ur email id tht u use to get th password to rest Nd access it jst like tht

U have to connect ur phn to th wall charger let it charge for five mins thn let it be connected to th wall charger swtich it of completely thn hold power thn volume down key a new screen will come with Android logo navigation to tht screen is done through volume up/down key beadvised th data of th phn will lost completely secondly remove th memory card if u have any

do light come on,if not could be battery, fuel pump ignition .

Could possibly be battery problems - try re-charging or replacing.

SAFE MODE
At start up press F8 go2 SAFE MODE thn type at run chkdsk,chkdsk/f/r & thn restart pc
Else Repair XP
Else clean ram BY RUBBER

its software fault u can contact near mobile repair shop

if u hve a wireless router, fisrt go to system settings thn click on internet. Hit connection settings, thn whn u see connection 1 click on it. Thn u click search for an access point, it will look for access point and if it finds a router click on it. (Make sure its unlocked) When u click it hit save these changes. Thn hit ok so it can test the connection, it will test it. Thn if it works it will say internet connection fine. Thn go to dsi shop and hit start shopping. Thn hit dsi ware, go to free and download the web browser.

There is a JTag Tool Exist for such problems
