You billed my credit card a purchase I never made how do I remove it? ALSO, I do not recall ever giving you my Discover Card...what do I do?

credit cards have your name on it so if it has your name it is yours
credit card companies keep advertising that you do not hand your card to anyone for this very reason
there is now paywave and many operations don,t need any signature under a set amount
ring your card company and report it as stolen if you suspect that it is not your card and a scam is in operation

Just call Discover they will do it over the phone.

Like the letter that came with the new credit card says, you should call a phone number and give them a security code. No call, no activation. Don't try to activate a credit card online on a site you don't know .

Im not sure which country you live and the banking system regulations
you might be better of paying bills through a direct debit to avoid cash price penalties which banks charge for credit card payments
but to answer your question you should be able to pay bills by your credit card as long as you have a good credit rating (you might not need a rating at all)

Are you trying to download the application online using your phone? If yes:

• Kindly check the details you are in typing for the credit card information and make sure that it is all correct
• Check the balance of your card if it still capable of purchasing the application
• IF the info abaove is all correct then i would suggest to call yor bank to check the status of your card.

Now for purchasing it thru phonebill;

• I would strongly suggest to contact your service provider wherein they have tools to charged it on your phone bill .

Discover Card is in fact a credit card and should work for software purchases. Get one of those prepay telephones to use as a phone number. Buy one of them with the same Discover card, in fact.
