Has it always been this way or have you recently replaced switches? Regardless, this is typical of the 3way switches being wired incorrectly. One of the travelers and the common are swapped. If you changed the switches it is important that the wires go back on the correct terminals. NOT NECESSARILLY THE SAME PLACE ON THE SWITCH AS THE OLD ONE. The wire that went to the brass screw on the old switch (common) should go to the Com. screw (brass)on the new switch. The remaining 2 wires (travelers) should attach to the remaining screws. Doesn't matter which, just 1 wire to each screw. Both switches should be wired the same way.

What kind of wall switch do you have? Is it a remote wall switch? You can't use a basic Fan/light control with a remote.

try turning off the switch/circuit breaker at the main lighting panel. Then just turn it back on. Worked for me.
I'm guessing a capacitor in the remote is holding a charge and causing the problem. You'll probably need a new remote soon thiough.

Hi my control will completly work fofr the fan, but with the light it will only dim it and make it bright it wont turn it off from the remote, only by pulling the chain or the master switch i can turn the...

Possible that the ,main unit has a fault as the control signals are not processed. You will need to confirm your remote to be working fine specially with the light switch ON and to brighten up.
If the remote is not working check the pads of the remote. If not the fault can be the main unit possible failure of the SCR/Thyristor or a possible control unit..

Our remote stopped working and the fan would not turn off. we installed a second remote unit but the lights won't turn on, where is the wiring for the lights?

You have to check for the secondarry switching provided to be connected to tthe light switch. If this is not present on the main unit then the model is only for a single point switch. Do accordingly. Good day

Ceiling fan

If the switch is "OFF" on the wall, the remote will not control anything. The power has to reach the receiver first. If it worked before you turrned the swich off, than one of two things. Either
A: You blew a circuit to the unit or
B: Your receiver went out.
First thing I would do is check that POWER is getting to the receiver.

Reset Lamp Hours Timer

This works on a couple different Toshiba models -- might work on yours...

Make sure the main power switch is OFF. Hold the "ON", "MENU", and "INPUT" buttons at the same time and turn the main power switch on. Keep them held until the yellow power standby light comes on, then let go. It is done.
