Nikons Service center can order the parts for you. If they are not in stock takes about 6 to 8 weeks. I rang them and got the part number. They sent me an order form by email I filled it in, scanned it and I got my parts sent to me.
Nikon have service centers in many countries. Check their website. Failing that try binoculars.com or adorama camera in the US. They are good to deal with and ship internationally as well.

How to tighten binocular hinge

Simple solution: Pry or unscrew the cap covering the end of hinge shaft on the rear of the binocs (between the eyepieces). Use a screwdriver that fits snugly in the slot on the end of the shaft & tighten to desired tension. Place a dab of Goop-type cement on the inside of the cap if it was pried off & press it firmly back on the shaft . Helpful hint: Slide a small knife blade (an old dull one you don't use for cutting) under the cap and gently work your way around to pry it off. Note the position of the index numbers before you remove it so you can replace it in the same position.

I have a set of nikon monarch i bought used one of the eye cups were already cracked upon purchase . where can i get a replace ment set since i cant go thru nikon since i donot have the original sales...

You can ask for a copy from the store you purchased the item (if they do) and then you can send it in with the request. If not search on eBay and find an exact one or you can do one thing go to any home improvement store and pick up a glue that will join the crack together so you don't have to go and go through all the hassle. I hope this works out.

Cannot focus single focus side of monarck binoculars

First you must focus the left eye on a given object with the center focus wheel. Once the left eye is sharp while looking at the same object adjust the right eye to be as sharp as possible. The right eye diopter is only meant to adjust for the small differences between the eyes.

I have a pair of Monarch 10 x 42 binoculars with a cracked eyecup. It is an easy fix, so all I need is the part. Can I purchase the part without having to send my binoculars to a repair facility?

Send them back to Nikon. The first pair i had did it twice, then they sent me a brand new pair. Here a year later with new pair the eyecup pieces that turn in and out already have cracks in them again.

I dropped my binoculas and now the eye relief will not twist

I believe the Nikon Monarch ATB 7430 8X42 is covered by

  • Nikon 25-year limited warranty, plus a No-Fault Repair or Replacement Policy

  • I would not mess with them as you might void the warranty. I would contact Nikon

Need eyepieces for Nikon Monarch ATB 8x42 Binoculars

If its the caps that cover them Nikon in your country can order them. They take about six to eight weeks if they are not in stock. If its the actual eyepiece lens an all you would need to have purposfully removed them and in doing so destroyed the waterproofing. If its the caps contact Nikon. You can also download the instructions from their website.
