Program Magnavox Converter Box into my Directv Remote

Purchased the Magnavox Converter Box at WalMart and have everything running fine with my Directv. Has anyone had any luck in getting the Directv remote to control the converter box to eliminate the need for another remote?

No But, If you have Directv then you don't need a converter box.

Most of these are new and codes do not exist for them. You'll need a universal remote that has a learning feature so it will learn the code. Walmart has them for $16-$19.

no... there is no code for this remote to work with the directv boxes. the best thing to do is get an actual directv remote.. $15 from directv's website, and program it to everything else you want to use it with
