That watch is referred to as Casio Module 2705 (AW-E10) and the manual for it lists the battery as an SR920W, which has several crosses including to AG6. This doesn't seem to be a very common battery, certainly most or all of my other watches don't use that particular battery.

Hi.
There is no E10 listed, so it is probably a service code.
Firstly, I'd try removing the batteries, then turn to REG mode. Power off at wall for 10 mins, then power on and replace batteries.

To use the machine, turn to REG mode, type price (NO decimal point), then press a department (right of numeric pad). These are categories of things you sell. Then press a payment button EG CASH or CA/AT. If you get that far, I can help with any other queries.
