Nokia 2690 4 5 6 key is not working

Initially try after restoring the setting of mobile to factory default and format the memory card .

Then try by reformat of the phone by pressing *#7370#
and also try hard reset by following the procedure below

Turn off your phone, hold the following buttons while pressing the power button. (the default code is 12345)
Hold the following buttons *, 3 (number button) and talk/green key. turn on the phone and do not release those buttons until you see the Nokia boot up screen. once you feel the phone power up you can let go off the power button while still holding all three button

If the problem is not solved try updating the firmware of the mobile or flash the new firmware from the service centre

first you should reset your nokia 2690.for that
go to settings
click on restore factory setting
click on restore settings only
click on continue
put security code the default code is 12345
after then restart your mobile automatically.

Now again,
click on settings
click on connectivity
click on bluetooth
click on on
message appears bluetooth switched on
that's sit.i hope it will work fine.

It can be solved only by your service provider. take out your sim card and when you see it there are aset of several numbers written note down it . then place the sim and switch it on. then call you network service provider from another mobile having the same network then when the customer care agent speak to you ask them you need puk code for a sim they ask your phone number and sim number your give your locked sim's phone number and the set of several number s which you note donw on the sim . they will provide you the exact puk code and the default pin number this will solve your problem. IF Restart problem not Solved So
Secend Option:
Please Format Your Phone
we can solve this problem but i need you to backup the whole DATA that you have in the phone and perform this reset procedure.
*#7370# or *#7780#
Default security code is 12345
release some memory then it will b opened
your phone or memory card get attack by virus. pls do a format phone and memory card.
If Problem Not Solved So

flash new software install in the phone problem will solved quickly
