Augen E-GO will not start

Lots of things to try.

• Remove the battery plug it in and try to power on.
• Remove the battery and charging cable, hold the power button for about 10 seconds then replace battery and charging cable and try to power on.
• replace the charging cable and/or battery
• Do you hear any sounds when you try to power on?
• Anymore details would help a lot power issues can be as simple as charging cable not connected properly to system board issues.
  

You will need to start it into recovery mode and do a complete refresh. If you can't figure it out, besides reinstalling windows, you need a password reset tool/disk.

so that is not really a questions -- do you need to know it's address on the network? Do you need to know the IP from your ISP that you are connected to? Or do you need to know the IP from a SIM card that you are using to connect.
You could also add the why if you don't know the other information -- someone should be able to tell you what address you need and how to get it.

Have you installed the drivers? This does effect the ability for sound, ethernet, wifi, etc.
