H51 How do I clear the code and use the phone?

Hi Rick, What does H 51 mean on the display of my Panasonic NA 140vg3. However, after that code has flashed a circle symbol will appear, then it will disappear. The door won't open. I would appreciate your help. Cheers

Hello would need the complete model number and the make of the machine to provide exact solution whereas Error code 51 for a kenmore elite, Calypso, Catalyst usually tends to point towards a defective rps sensor which is the small sensor located on the stator (motor ). One of the specifications for this product is that the microphone has volume controls on it. Try increasing your volume using those controls. They should be located on the receiver. If that doesn't solve the problem, you stated in your request that it was hooked up to your corded phone. Try increasing the volume on your phone and make sure all wired connections on the phone are hooked in properly and are properly secured in their terminals/ports. If that fails, try your amplifier. There could be a wire shortage or bad connection internally within the headset and microphone. I hope increasing the volume or correcting your wire connections will solve your problem. for best practice they might have asked you to do that but you can use any brand you want with avaya phones .

Your headset is incompatible then. Palntronics H51 is used normally and has a seperate box that has on and off and volume and mute. Also DIP switched must be set properly on the box.
