I cant turn on my Alcatel One Touch. it seems that the power button is not working at all

- Does the Phone Charge ?
- Ist the Power Button Broken or defected ?
- Have you tried Hard Reset ?

In order to use your phone again, you will need to enter the email (Gmail) and password while connected to the internet via WiFi or data connection. If not, you will have to do a Factory Reset. Do the following to do a Factory Reset:

• turn off the phone

• press the following simultaneously:

Volume up
Power button

• you will now be on recovery mode

(use volume buttons to navigate and power to choose)

• choose wipe data/Factory Reset

• choose yes--delete all user data

• choose reboot system now

Hold the power button down,until the phone reset s.It takes about 30 sec. Plus. If it didn't work plug it in to charge and the repeat the same step before you plugged it in. If that don't work then I am sorry it is time for a new phone.

could be a battery problem? or maybe the screen is gone?

Plug in with the 4030a's charger or the usb cable from a PC and it will power up. I'm having the same problem and this is now the only i'm able to turn it on aside from pressing and holding the power button hard for about 5 seconds or so

Go look in your settings it should show at the top of the list then find your wifi network or another unlocked wifi and connect

I'm having the exact same problem.
An hour ago I was using my phone fine, and then it randomly shut off and turning it on again I have no touch function, while the volume and power are fine.

I've done everything recommended, much like you and having no luck :/
