First pump, nothing comes out. Second pump gets soap from nozzle but then soap leaks from around base. Kohler sent a new dispenser mechanism and brand new one does the exact same thing

Your dispenser nut is either not tightened down underneath or your plastic base/o-ring needs to be replaced. Turn off water at value. Using sink nut removal & installation tool that is available at any Lowe's or Home Depot. Remove it and look at what is wrong. Conntact Kohler for free parts to repair it. Reinstall dispenser .

My Kohler soap dispenser is not pumping ?

Probably the chack valve is stuck either with hardened soap or a piece of trash. Wash out the assembly completely flushing everything with ample water. It should work after that.

Filled Blanco Alta soap dispenser from the top and have had issues with it ever since. The plastic straw repeatedly disconnects and even when it seems to be firmly inserted, the pump doesn't really work...

Get the plastic guts of the thing apart (again, I know). Soak in CLR, was thoroughly in warm water and dry. Squarely cut back the original squarely cut end of the tube about one-half inch with a razor knige. Reinstall the tube FULLY onto the base of the pump as far as it will go.
I no longer refill from the top. I now bite-the-bullet and crawl underneath in the cabinet, unscrew the bottle and refill.

I have a Grohe soap dispenser and it has quit working for me. It is as if it gets stuck after you push it down and it seems to leak the soap out of the bottom part of the dispenser getting soap all over...

Sounds like there might simply be old soap caked on the inside of the dispenser head and feed tube. Best thing to do is have a sink filled with HOT water and just put the head portion in there to soak for a while. This should loosen the old soap enough to either dissolve or at least get it moving again. You can also take what soap is still in the dispenser out and put in another container, taking time to rinse the container with hot water as well and then filling it with hot water as well to test the pump action of the head, again using this action to help clean the insides of the pump. Short of this doing the trick, it may just be time for a new one. Good luck.

I'm not sure if it can be repaired or not, but lowes carries the same dispenser that came with faucet. To replace unscrew bottle from under counter now you remove plastic nut that holds the body to counter and install new one.
