what usually cause the problem of most tagital tablet not turning on
is when the battery is over charged.the maximum time to charge a battery is six hours when bought new.if you dont it will pose some difficulties later.
there are three options
1. get another battery
2. get a booster to boost the battery
3.you also use LED by pinning its cable to the battery, this will take some time.then wait until the light on the LED goes off.it normally takes 3 days before the LED light turns off.
if you have taken these steps the next thing to do is to put the battery back on your tablet and connect it to a power source i mean electric current and see if it will respond to charging.if it works, then you got your tablet back, but if not please get a new battery.thanks
Unplugging the tablet would not hurt it in anyway. A power surge can cause such a problem though. Typically the problem you are describing is caused by bad flash memory which is what all tablets use and run on Like a....Example: A Solid State Drive "SSD"
1) Take it back to where you bought it 2) Unplug all the cables, including the power cord 3) Press the power button and hold it for 30 secs (or so) 4) Replace the power plug, try to turn on the monitor 5) If it turns on, turn it off again 6) Now attach only one cable, then turn it on
Did that clear it? If not, issue is with video card and monitor combo
