Disconnect the USB cable from the back of the printer. Uninstall the software of this printer. Then after uninstalling it now re-start the computer. After your computer starts completely then just connect the USB cable from your computer to your printer and windows 7 will install basic drivers for your printer, print a page and it will print the documents.

get a paperclip and reset the router for 20 seconds to restore factory settings. Then use the laptop to search for network that mentions the router brand. Most likely the settings of the router are out of reach to your laptop

The resetting to factory settings commands are:-
Reset Procedure Step 1 Locate the reset pinhole on the back of the unit.

in my experience, any router where you cannot access it, you will have to do a factory reset. Generally there is the small paperclip size button in the back that you press and hold for 10 seconds while the router is on. after that, you release and unplug the router. Press the small button, plug in the router, and hold it for about 20 seconds. Sadly, I have found this my most common and best answer...
