How to obtain driver for multimedia keyboard 1.OA?

You need to go to the web site of the company who made the keyboard to get the correct driver. Most keyboards are identified as an audio device or a Human Interface Device (HID) and Windows should install a generic driver to make it usable. If none of that is happening the manufacturers web site it is.

I need to install microsoft word but it is already in my comp but

You need to first uninstall the program (ms office)[if it's ms office 2003, as soon as you start installing the new ms-office 2007, it'll automatically upgrade to ms-office 2007].
I don't know whether you know how to uninstall programs or not, but let me give you the hints..
Click "Start" > "Control Panel" > "Programs" [add/remove programs on windows xp] now highlight the "Microsoft Office..." and click "Uninstall" button and follow the onscreen instructions. Restart your computer and again install the Microsoft Office 2007 using the set up file. If in case, you can't uninstall the program due to faulty/error/missing files, download this program ccleaner install it and run. Now click "Tools" and from the uninstall lists select/highlight the "microsoft office..." and cick "uninstall". If you still have the same problem, please let me know.

Good luck

Try to uninstall the keyboard from device manager. Right-click on my computer->Properties->Device manager-Right-click on keyboard(HID keyboard device) and uninstall it. Then reboot your computer if you just disabled it windows will re-install the driver automatically and re-enable it

I can't uninstall Microsoft Office Home and Student Trial 2007

You can do that from the Add and Remove programs within the Control Panel. If that is not happening, try CCleaner and that can uninstall the program for you, if THAT is not working, just delete the folder and let CCleaner handle the registry for you.
