Constant red means it is set and ready to record messages after x amount of rings. Flashing red means you have a message.

are you sure this feature is not blocked on your line? check with another phone connected to the same socket if you can dial the same numbers

When the Polycom is on-hook (not in a call), use the volume rocker to change the volume of the ringer.

it might be power supply they are common to go bad

try different one and see if that helps

you can only call out to multiple people not receive multiples

try using a conferencing bridge so all people can call into one number and be connected that way

Are you able to move the camera using the remote?
If not, then you may have a hardware issue.
If yes, then try to connect to the Viewstation (web interface) using its IP from a Computer.
