Most service providers like our selves have a script to default the password without defaulting the system all they / we require is the date and time displayed on the switchboard. The password can then be reset by dialing transfer 900 from switchboard and entering the override password http://www.idccom.co.za/

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
Here's a link to this great service

Well that's all up to the company, and where they chose to offer service. Not up to the customer.
So I would suggest going through a company that has service where you live, and maybe down the line, the company you want will be around

You need to install a tethering program on your phone and on your computer. I have used EasyTether on my phones. Search for tethering software on the internet.
Here is Samsung's support page for your phone. http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/detail/supportPrdDetail.do?menu=SP01&prd_ia_cd=1903&prd_mdl_cd=GT-S3350HKAVOP&prd_mdl_name=GT-S3350&srchword=GT-S3350
