then it is the problem of driver so reintall the it
and you can check the batteries for replacement

The "A" represents caps lock, while "1" represents num lock and "F" represents function lock. You should try changing your mouse's batteries.

The Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 1000 hardware set includes the Microsoft Wireless MultiMedia Keyboard Version 1.1a, Microsoft Standard Wireless Optical Mouse Version 1.0a and the Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop Receiver version 2.1a.

Can't install Microsoft Wireless Desktop

you need to resync the mouse and keyboard to the wireless receiver. you hold the button down on the receiver until you see a flashing light and then you press the button on the bottom of the key board. then you do the same thing for the mouse.
