I should know whether the loop is upside or downward, its opposite tension adjustment , if the loop is downward position, tighten the upper thread tension , if the loop is upward then tighten the lower bobbin tension

The solution that I found last night was the thread tension. I have never touched the dial, only had it set on 'auto." When I started playing with it, I realized the top thread should be really easy to pull through the machine and it wasn't. I started turning the dial (to 3 or 4) and the thread slid through the machine perfectly. No more birds nest! I really thought it was bobbin initially because of the horrible sound it was making.
SOURCE: the thread doesn't loop with the bobin thread so
I think that your needle may be in backwards (flat side should face rear of machine) or you do not have your bobbin threaded right, such as the bobbin thread feeding the right way. Check your manual.
SOURCE: lower thread is coming up double
try changing the needle--make sure it's the right one for the fabric
being sewed
rethread the machine top & bobbin
make sure the bobbin is not over full
make sure the bobbin is inserted correctly into the bobbin case & also
turn the right way before it's inserted into the bobbin case
make sure the top thread hasn't come off the thread take up lever
