Leaking front corner dry cycle - KitchenAid 24 in. KUDS25SH Built-in Dishwasher

Is it leaking from the tray top left corner? Mine was because it was not level. IT was level left to right but not front to back. The front was lower than the back. Raised both front feet, no more leaking.

Almost sounds like the machine was dropped and is out of square. Can you take it out of the install location and check the squareness of it on the drum and the rails? Also if you take it all the way out of the cabinet, you can see the other hinge locations and check them.

That model doesnt come up on Matags web site?

The drying cycle uses a very small flow of water all the time it's drying. When it's washing it uses a large flow of water initially and for each rinse.
If the problem's only when when drying then the one pipe it's using only for drying may be leaking. It feeds a plastic condensor bottle on the right side seen from the front. Hot air is blown upwards through the condensor and a leak can let water vapour condense on the inside of the case in that area.

Hello, Thank You for using FixYa. I will be helping you today.I would start by removing the outer door panel remove the screws around the inner door to do this.Then close the door and start a cycle. Sometimes you can see obvious signs of leaks just by removing the panel too. But if not let it run and see if you see water leaking anywhere. You will see water in the bottom corners its normal. If water is splashing over those corners the check the lower spray arm gor damage or cracks it can cause this problem also make sure the screws under the spray arm are tight. also check the upper arm.

I have the same problem with my washer. The problem just began a few weeks ago. It is splashing out the front left corner of the tub and running down the inside of washer and then leaking out the bottom of the frame. It is just enough water to be annoying. The washer is about 6 years old.

Your drying vent tube is probably leaking inside the door panel.  Remove the outer front panel and on the top left side, there is long white plastic tube connected to the dryer fan assembly.  In that connection is where the problem is.  You will need to disassemble the fan from the door, disconnect the tube from the fan, clean out the water and debris and use silicone when reassembling the tube to the fan.

removethe lower acess panel 3 screws across the bottom , run the cycle and watch to see where exctly the leak is coming from it should be quite apparent

first get a level and make sure the unit is tilting back ever so slightly. Also make sure no solids are under the float switch and screens in the unit. It could be overfilling.
