Light bulb is not working. how to change it and what kind of bulb is it model: FKFH21F7HW

From my understanding you have recently moved your Frigidaire freezer and it is now displaying the "OF". Normally, that stands for off you should be able to press the "Up" or "Down" arrow three times within five seconds to start your compressor. If you still need a copy of your manual could you provide me with your model number? You can locate your serial tag (which lists your model number) on the inside wall of your freezer. It sounds like the temperature control of your Frigidaire freezer (FKFH21F7HW) is possibly in the off position. When this occurs the temperature control turns off the compressor, but does not disconnect the power to the light bulb or other electronics. Let's try reactivating your freezer by pressing the UP arrow until display shows "4" or desired setting. Please allow 24 hours for temperature to stabilize. For future reference you can lock the control to keep from accidently changing the temperature setting.

If this is not the case and your freezer has no power, can you please elaborate prior to your problem any other symptoms? For instance, did notice any error codes, or other strange functions? Also, may I have your model number please? The serial tag, which lists your model number, is normally located inside the cabinet on the left/right side wall. Did your freezer previously experience a power loss? If the temperature of food rises to an unsafe level, the buzzer will sound and the red light, if equipped, will also glow. First, deactivate the alarm to your freezer by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker. It is best to wait approximately ten minutes and then turn on your freezer. After deactivating the alarm and your freezer has run approximately four hours, the red light/alarm should go off on its own. If the red light/alarm continues to stay on, your freezer may possibly have a communication problem with the control board, temperature control or a wiring harness. If this is the case, I would recommend connecting with an experienced technician to determine the underlying cause.

Most freezer lights are screw on bulbs. Unscrew the bulb unticlockwise and replace with a new one.

Is that a florescent bulb in the freezer? Or is there some kind of light bulb in the freezer? If so, change the bulb. I'm not being funny. You give no information on what make, brand and year of the freezer to give you any help.

The light should have a cover over it. If not, then just try to loosen it if you can by pressing in on the bulb while turning it. This will help keep it secure to the base of the bulb. If you get it replaced it should work. If it doesn't, then check the button or 1/4 shape tab and see if it is loose or jammed. It stays in a somewhat wet environment all the time.

This should be on the inside serial tag sticker.
