I need to wire up speakers for the trunk. How do I get the tie to the harness?

could be easy to tie into your two back speakers, just pull back the trunk headliner under the speaker. With large speakers, wire size is important, are you using stock car stereo or after market with an amplifier if using amplifier I recommend using heavy gauge after market wire from the amp to the speakers.

I need to know if my 2009 hyundai sonata gls has a factory amplifier in it. I can't find it. It only has a regular stereo(CD PLAYER,MP3,BLUETOOTH). I need to knownif there is one or not? And it's location...

There isn't any reference to an amplifier added to the factory stereo, so it is internally amped. Later model Sonatas (2011 and up) with premium audio do have amplifiers factory fitted (located in the trunk space on the right side behind the trunk liner).

Location and circuits for the radio power amp in a ford taurus wagon

Hi, the amplifier of the Ford Premium sound system is located in the trunk of the Taurus. Open the trunk and locate the amp behind the rear seats. Pull the carpeting away from the rear panel to access the amplifier. Disconnect the cables (power supply, signal cable and turn-on lead) from the amplifier.
Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to remove the four screws on the amplifier mounting bracket and remove the amplifier.
Remove the wiring to the amplifier either by pulling them through the trunk opening or via the panels at the door openings. If you choose to remove the cables from the door openings, you will need to remove the panels on both sides of the Taurus as the power supply cable and signal cables will be routed on opposite sides of the vehicle to prevent interference.

My radio works but no sound is coming out

Avalons had a sound amplifier, when the sound fail the amplifier is bad, the only thing that can disable the amplifier is a short speaker, look this is a common problem a customer puts lots of stuff in the trunk while driving hits a bump one of the box jumps and smash the post of the rear speakers both terminals touch each-other creating a short. somebody working any door replacing a window motor and accidentally creates a short in a speaker. rarely there is a bad connection at the amplifier created by corrosion, just connect and disconnect the amplifier connectors, the amplifier is located behind the glove box is a silver box with 2 connectors the computer is there to that is silver and has 6 or more connectors.

Where can this be attached in a miata?

You want to run an amplifier kit = rca cables from head unit to the amp, ground to the chassis, power to the battery and remote wire from the head unit to the inside of your trunk. If you have to you'll need to mount your amplifier to your subwoofer box or build a mounting board for the amplifier.

Car amp

I believe the answer is both. The amp gets too hot and cuts off the circuitry and causes the amp to go into protection.
Your amp is only designed to run at 2 and 4 ohms. What you need to do is check out this site and run your subs at a 2 ohm load.

If your subs are dual voice. Run + to + to +, - to - to - in box. Run + and -, + and - to amplifier in stereo. Your amp won't shut off anymore.
