Hi Steve...Your juke has lost its memory and needs to be reprogramed, your dallis IC is defective, it's what saves stored information, typically the IC has a 100 year memory but when defective they won't store information but a day or sometimes a few minutes, if it's reprogramed and not powered down it will work fine but if you shut if off overnight chances are you will need to reprogram again...Hope this helps

you need to get into the box, and sort all 100 of the cd's out yes all of them..
to this i mean make sure they are in there tray's properly,second make sure the tray's are not "racked",ie that they have not slid out of there small holder's..
now once u have the mean's open the juke box..
find the black switch, pull it out to engage service mode<,
now u go to work on the cd's, then you will hit "h" 0-0 "h"
this should clear your error 73 code ,as long as all the cd's are in there proper place's
press switch back in, you are then back to normal play
at the point of closing the door you might need to power cycle the juke box

error 6 =cd player fault if you have the service programming it lists all error codes and what they are and there is several tests to do to try and repair or check if you dont have it email me

there are only certain lock codes to try as default codes with almost all verizon phones its the last four digits of the phone number programmed to the phone also if that doesnt work try 0000, 1111,1234, 4321, and 9999 if none of those work then you will have to take the phone to a retail location and let them hook it to a flashing station and push the software back into the phone to correct the issue its free takes five mins and its a common error my suggestion once you get it fixed if you change your code formt he default always keep a text message locked to the phone with the code or a dummy contact with it in it so you can look it up if you need to

easy if she has never changed the lock code its the last four numbers of her cell number....but if she changed it there are codes to get it unlocked try google ive done this before also with my juke and i found a site that showed me how to unlock my juke im sorry i dont remember the link but it shouldnt be hard to find...
