if you want to know what this is the error code is related to click start control panel administrative tools computer management then select event viewer this may vary depending on what operating system you have extend the events there you will see errors in red you will no what exactly what the error was and at what time it occured you might be able work your way through the problem
Replace The Main Power Supply PCB Assembly (The part number FM2-0260-000).
NOTE: if the fixing unit circuitry has an open or a short, the code may not reset. Confirm the fixing unit wiring and try to reset the code first, before you replace the Main Power Supply Assembly
power off, put in the key, press and hold down the 'stop' button and
'incline up' buttons, power on holding down the buttons for a few seconds -
message clears
Hey welcome to fixya. Hope u 'll be fine The 6500 error code is a logic board error code. The PCI Bus error is detected
by the ASCI. Sounds like it needs new logic board. Solution is first of
all you can try to reset your printer -
Turn the printer off with the Power button (if available).
Disconnect the data cable from the printer.
Unplug the printer's power cord for approximately 10 minutes,
and then plug it back in.
Turn the printer back on. If
this works you're done,
If it not works then try following
After confirming that the printer is powered on, open the
paper output tray.
Open the top cover and wait until the
print head moves to the center.
Open the inner cover and
check that ink tanks are properly seated.
Properly
seated
Press down on each ink tank until a click is
heard.
Close the inner cover and top cover
if reset method not works for you then you
go for the new logic board replacement

Power off printer Hold down STOP/RESET button then Press and Hold down Power button Keep Power button down and Release STOP/RESET button Release power button Push STOP/RESET button twice Wait 20-30 seconds - our LED showed Idle Push STOP/RESET button four times Push Power button twice Power off Next time the printer is started the waste count will have been reset.
