Why my screen says please wait then goes black

If your LCD TV or monitor has stopped working, or is displaying one of the following symptoms, then it's a candidate for some new capacitors
- Flickering screen
- Screen image disappears after several seconds
- Dim screen
- Slow start
- Power LED on, but no picture
- Unusual colors and/or lines
The primary cause of LCD TV and monitor failure is caused by faulty capacitors. You can examine the capacitors in your LCD TV or monitor and actually see if they are bad.
If they appear bulged on top, then they need to be replaced.
New capacitors will solve a host of problems in LCD monitors and TV's and will extend the life of your monitor or TV by several years.
Check the cables, connectors and connections.
Take it to a repair shop.

Monitor black screen

To me this sounds like whats called "bad caps" problem. The capacitors in the PSU have gone out of tolerance and the back light is switching off. If this is the case you will need a workshop repair or if you know how to solder you could replace the capacitors in the PSU for the back light.

Black screen but a have sound, turn off and turn on image appear but screen turn black in few second but sound on.

Unplug your unit then remove the back cover of your tv then observe the power supply look for bulge up or leaky capacitor if you see this capacitor replace them but observe the polarity. This bad capacitor cause your unit to malfunction, this capacitor produces a low and unfiltered dc supply. Try to check it first before you bring it to a repair shop good day and best regards.
