I do not have the service manual for this Plasma TV myself, but it is not difficult to locate the power supply inside the TV, follow the power cord, when it goes into a board, you know that is the board, most likely has high voltage components 400V and similar, you can't miss it.

Yes,if the screen cracked from the inside of the panel and not the outside,you are entitled to either a replacement or warrantied repair. That was caused by heat and we have serviced heat related manufacturer design flaws. Unfortunatly,it is out of warranty,but if it was caused through normal use and not user error,a technician will have to confirm it was internal cracks. MAKE SURE you call philips for an authorized servicer and have the reference number on hand,model number,and serial number.
