Tip: The max point reward for answering a question is 15.
Under the section for the Parental Control in the settings, there is a "Forgot Pin" option. You will be given a security question to answer. If you forgot the answer to this question, or you never knew it, you can click "Forgot Security Answer" and you will be given a phone number to call. This is Nintendo's tech support, and they should help you.
If you don't know the PIN, select "I forgot," then select the empty
text box for the answer to the secret question and enter it using the on-screen keyboard. Select "OK" to continue.
If you don't know either the PIN or the secret question, the
Parental Controls will need to be reset. Please call 1-800-255-3700 for
assistance.
On the pin input screen, select I Forgot. Enter your secret question answer or select I Forgot. Check Inquiry Number – Call Nintendo Customer Service at 1-800-255-3700 and provide the inquiry number shown here, and the date that is set on your Nintendo DSi. You will then be issued a master key. Tap OK. Enter the master key and select OK.

You can get it back on of two ways: Visit virginmobile.com and select 'forgot my password' - answer your security question and they will text or email your PIN.
You can also call Virgin Mobile and ask what your security question was, answer the question, and they can send you a text of your number.
If you've forgotten the answer, you're likely not going to get the PIN code. Good luck!
