My luxor 40inch smart TV will not connect to Brightbox router viA wifi dongle? Please help

You TV cannot use a wifi wireless dongle. The usb port on your tv is for connecting a usb drive for pictures or movies. There is no place to load the drivers necessary for a wifi or bluetooth dongle.

I want to transfer photos from dongle to laptop

If you have a micro-memory card installed in the stick, when you plug in the usb stick in your laptop, windows (XP, Vista, 7 & 8) should automatically instal the device with a drive letter for the memory card coming up in 'My computer' along with installation of all the WIFI drivers. This may take several minutes.

I set a WEP key for the USB, now it's not allowing me to connect, Is their anyways to reset the WEP key of the dongle ? Please Help me.

If it's a standard WIFI dongle it would have come with an installation disk or on-board self installing drivers and (usually) a WIFI app which I presume you used to set the WEP key. If it's a modern one you will be using a MINIMUM of WPA2 and TKIP or AES encryption. Try running the setup app again with one of these settings. The app SHOULD give you the choice of setting up encryption & passwords using windows instead (windows zero config usually) by right clicking on wifi symbol in bottom R of screen. I find that more reliable. Check the maker's spec for the relevent protocols. Good Luck.

My Lg 32ld550 and usb dongle won't "see" my wifi network. Can't get it connected.

Che\k in device manager if the dongle is working properly. For hat in run type "devmgmt.msc" and find the dongle and double click on it. If it says some problem try re-installing the drivers..if it says device is working properly then restart the computer and search for the wi-fi. If it still doesnt recognise take the dongle to a hot spot like a cafe and check if it can detect wifi. If it detects else were its and issue with the wifi at home..if it doesnt recognise the wifi in hotspot its an issue with the dongle.

Hope this helped.
