There is a switch that penetrates the transmission housing that makes contact when the transmission is in neutral.
That switch could be bad. The part that operates that switch might have failed. The wire to that switch might have fallen off.
Locate that switch, and put an ohmmeter o it — one probe on ground, the other on the switch (after removing the wire). Move the shifter past neutral a few times to see if the meter responds.
If not, take the switch out, and operate it manually to see if it makes contact. Manually ground the wire to the switch to see if the neutral light lights (it should irrespective of the transmission position).
Charge your battery using any other Mobile Phone
And try to switch on.
Then Remove battery for one hour or more...
and insert battery without MMC card...
Try to ON again...
Still remaining same....
The problem might be Software(If green light blinking,It needed to Flash)
Or hardware...
You have to consult with an Expert in Mobile Technician...
a small run of these actually had an out of balance switch and fuse assembly that cut power to the machine if it went way out of balance ,check and see if yours has one and replace the fuse at first but you may have to replace the entire assembly
A White Clip On The Rear Has Fallen Off... It Pushes A Micro Switch On The PCB (Printed Circuit Board)... Poke Your Finger In The Middle Hole At The Rear Of The Grey Tray While You Have The Lid Open... Feel The Switch And Press It... (Tiny Button) You Will See I Am Right... Try To Locate The Piece That Has Fallen Off... Glue It Back On Or Order Spare Part... Or Bin The Printer (Lexmark Is Useless) (Buy Epson)
I Hope This Helps!
