How can I remove it?
You just about had it right, you should have clicked on the uninstall button istead. Also go into the start menu and find the program that way, when you click on the program you should see few menu choices under the window, one of these should be pemove/uninstall this program
After I clicked on change/remove, the InstallShield Wizard comes up and asked "do you want to completly remove the selected application and all its components. I clicked Yes. It then goes from 0% to 100% but the program is still there and I can access it. I also done a restart. It's still not removed. Any other ideas for me to try? Thanks, Bob

The program should give you a choice of Typical Install, Full Install, and Minimum Install. Choose Full Install, however she may still need some of her discs for some of the art since the program may not load all the art anyway.

been running printmaster platinum 8.0 for many years on several different computers . have had it installed and running on my HPPavilion slimline for two years now . problem is that i cant get it too print anything new that i create it will print out older stuff that i have created but nothing new . have checked drivers on print they are all up to snuff , and have uninstalled and reinstalled both the printer and the printmaster program but still cant get it too print anything new that i create . it does print everything else in the PM program. and otherwheres on my computer
