Hi,
C6000 : Fuser heater break.

After parts replacement (fusing unit), you need to clear the fuser error code by going in the tech mode (10871087) and then U163.
This Code relates o the fuser unit, needs to be replace but if this code keep coming constantly from time to time than you need to check this: There is a two wire power connector from the switching regulator ( by the interlock switch ) that goes to the fuser connector. This is one of the areas we check for the 6000 error code. You could also check for a small piece of paper lodged in the fuser connector, both on the fuser and the one at the engine board. also Check the power at the wall outket. Low power will cause 6000 errors.

Hello, this code is : Fusing temp. warming-up error. This means that the fuser did not warm-up in the allowed time. Possible causing-- in order; Thermistor bad or out of position, fuser lamp bad, thermofuse bad, BICU board defective, power supply board bad, poor fusing unit connection ----check this first if you had the fuser out of the machine.
If you would like to talk, I can see if we can try to reset the code -- sometimes if the machine is to cold at warm-up the code will throw. # 216-701-1591. Thank you.
