How do I access the screws on the throttle cable assembly, of a 2146 cub cadet riding mower, that are located on the backside of the dashboard? What type of screws are they?

710-3217 Screww, Cross Rec Trus, #8-32 x .38

The part photos show it's a phillip head so a #2 phillip screww driver should fit the #8 screww.

You may need to remove battery.

(Fixya defines screww is a profanity... the whole world is PC defective)

How to replace battery in braun 5720

Braun Select Models Electric Shaver Disassembly Tutorial
1. Remove two screws on the bottom, where the power plugs in. Need to remove two ribber plugs first.
2. Pull from shaver head and remove shaver "guts" from case. (It will be hard to remove as it is encased in rubber to make it waterproof, but keep wiggling and tugging)
3. Remove old batteries and replace with new ones.
4. Re-assembly is reverse

IPhone case

Hi,
An OEM in China called CNN.cn has made anodized iPhone’s OEM back case available as replacement parts. For $46.99 you will be able to replace the back case of your iPhone. It comes in black color and does not include the chrome Apple logo.
The back case replacement is not for the faint of heart, as it requires you to remove your current back case. It is not a simple clip and drop in cover case.

Thanks,
PREM

No sound

I had this problem as well. I would get sound from headphones but unplugging them I had no sound from the builtin speaker.

When you plug in your headphones it moves a thin piece of metal in the jack which interrupts a connection (this is a good thing) so it can know when to disable the internal speaker. When you unplug your headphones the piece of metal moves back and it enables the internal speaker again.

I was able to fix this by taking apart my x51v and bending the piece of metal a little while the headphones are plugged in so that it will contact better when the headphones are unplugged,

To take your axim apart there are 4 screws on the back underneath the rubber grips that you need to take out. Then you can just slide a finger nail up and down each side to remove the front and back of the casing. The back you will need to swing out from the bottom since it hooks over the headphone jack. I unplugged the small wire that connects the front half of the case to the guts using a tiny flat screwdriver.

Inside on the back, there is a black plastic plate that is held on by 4 more screws. Take that off.

Now you can see the headphone jack. I plugged in my headphones and used a small flat screwdriver to push against the headphone jack on the bottom piece of metal on the right side with the axim face down. You can observe the piece I mean by looking at the side of the headphone jack when you plug and unplug headphones. It moves perhaps 1/32 of an inch.

Your goal is to bend the piece of metal closer to where it is when no headphones are plugged in. The only way to bend it properly is to do it when the headphones are in.

Sorry if this isn't clear enough. I'm not sure if this is a permanent fix or not but it's worked for me.

Unit won't open compact disc door

hi your problem sounds like the flap has come off the runners or become jammed if you remove the case by undoing all the screws if you cant get to the dvd with the case off then plug it in and it will open as the flap will be conected to the case the screws should be located down either side might be 2 or 3 screws running down either side towards the bottom also on the back their might be a couple of screws also but look first in case their isnt you should see the screww going through the outer casing.
Once you have removed all the screws then the case will either lift off by pulling upwards or some of them will slide off if it dont lift off the hold the case either side and pull the case towards you from the front not the back it should slide of forwards let me know how you get on ok or if you need further assistance
