I'm afraid you can't access wireless Internet while in safe mode. Try pressing Alt and F10 when turning on your computer and choosing safe mode with networking instead of safe mode.
When you hold the button down to get to the power off window, keep holding the button down til the screen goes black and it reboots. If that doesn't work, try taking your battery and sim card out of your phone , put them back in and turn phone on......
If you have another keyboard, try to connect it to your machine (while the machine off), then boot your machine and see if you still get the help pop-ups.
Please report back if that solves the problem.
restart your computer repeatedly tapping the f8
key to enter safe mode while the screen is black once in safe mode where the
only things working will be your keyboard and mouse allowing you to attempt to
repair your computerHope this helps
If you have a problem getting into safe mode using windows Vista or 7, boot up your computer. As soon as it tries to start windows turn off the power. When you try to start it again it should come up with a menu asking if you want to use safe mode or boot normally. Select safe mode.
Try F8 at boot to make it boot into Safe Mode. If it runs okay in Safe Mode and the device manager shows no issues, then Windows may need a repair/restore run on it. If it still shuts in safe mode, it may be a power supply/battery issue.
to get itno safe mode u have to start pushing the F8 key when you turn you com. on then choose safe mode and if any of that dont work you will need a new start up disk sorry...
turn on your pc, press f8 to enter safe mode... if by any chance you cant enter safe mode too... fastest thing to do is to reformat your drive and re-install windows again...
