Notice how the touchpad is laid out. Normally there is the big square area that you slide your finger across to control the mouse pointer. Then either at the top or at the bottom of the touchpad there will be two separated squares that you can click on. They work just like a mouse. the one on the left is a left click, the one on the right is a right click.
Has it worked before? Some e-mails like Yahoo or Verizon, you have to click it on the right side....the message side...but not on the "From" ...left side.
You have two ways to unmute your speakers. 1. In the right side of your desktop near clock you have an icon like a speaker, right click on it and left click on open volume control. Then go to first box in the left side and uncheck mute, after that your speakers should work normally. 2. Go to start/control panel and double click on sound and devices, it appear a window. In that window uncheck mute from volume tab. That's all.
On the right hand corner right. right click on the sound icon .left click on open volume control & make sure nothing is muted.
Click Start>Right click My Computer>click Manage in the menu that opens. This will open Computer Management. In the left pane expand Services and Applications. Click Services. They will show in the right pane. Maximize the page so that you can see everything. Scroll down until you see Windows Audio. Two of the columns next to it should read Started and Automatic. If they don't, right click Windows Audio and then click Properties and set it to Automatic and start it. You'll see what I mean when you get there.
