What sort of gun I will get in the range of $200 and $300?

The guns that are available in this range are usually the Classic Army M14 and M16s. These look like the good old army guns and are quite popular. This category of price actually marks the beginning of the good quality guns. From here, the higher you move up the price graph, the better guns you buy. You can do airsoft upgrades to make your gun much more real.

Battlefield 4 how do i find the sniper rifle

If you mean the special ones scattered around the map try searching on YouTube for a detailed explanation on where to find them. If you still have trouble, then maybe someone else already took it.

NMPD, I don't really remember, but I am pretty sure it is a Sniper Rifle hanging in a telephonewire or whatever.

If i respec to Assault will i lose all my previous skills that i have aquired in Marksmen Many Thanks

yes, in that you have to use a limited point count, depending on play-style you may want to have some in marksman still. None of the sniper rifle specific perks are useful if aren't using one but scope perks like zoom can help if you aren't spread too thin. Personally I'm waiting for a higher level to spend in marksman since until you can afford and meet level requirements for the highest tier sniper rifles you can be just about as effective. I still have the the first upgraded sniping gun you have to buy because it wins in around corner scope match-ups most times and is a handy backup load-out, because the fire rate is as fast as you can tap and the damage is very good accuracy helps out, wit a fore-grip.. Also it can be suppressed unlike tier 3 sniping guns, tier 2 can be suppressed but need the perks. LMGs are better out in the open and without aiming. It just depends on load out strategy and the maps you'll be on most.

Sniper scopes

A scope is a personal preference really but there are some ground rules that do need to be followed.

any scope will be effective in a good shooters hands. however there are some bells and whistles that are nice to have.

1) For long distance shooting a scope with 40 MOA is preferable this allows for 10 MOA down and 30 MOA up giving the rifle the ability to zero for any range.

2) Hold over graphs are a beauty when your in a rapid target environment. here is an example
http://www.zeiss.com/C12568CF00206298/GraphikTitelIntern/rz1000_lg/$File/rz1000_lg.gif

this is more of a hunting scope but this hold over calibration allows for rapid fire.
