The green light on front of my HP computer comes on for a couple seconds and then it goes to red light blinking and beeping try to turn off and back on several times and go right back to blinking red

test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions SATA

the leads from your (motherboard to your hard drive) make sure they have a secure dust free connections and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty

make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd have secure connections and are not faulty

even something as small as an electrical extension or a faulty fan lead can cause you problems computer needs all of the data and power to travel through every working device and to have an end for a computer to be able work properly

a motherboard and a hard drive any leads between them will fail before your motherboard or your hard drive check all electrical extensions make sure they are securely seated even the cd/dvd drives need to have current go through make sure these devices are working

check the CPU make sure it has thermal paste and dust free secure seating

also check your computer ram modules and cmos battery make sure they are dust free and securely seated some motherboards cmos batteries are soldered in

My Flip Ultra HD has a red light that blinks when I try to charge it. It won't charge, what can I do to charge it?

Make sure you use a good USB 2 port and make sure your computer stays turned ON during the charging or it will not charge. The red light should stay on on the front of the camcorder while charging and will go off when charging is complete.
Try a different USB port maybe also. or if using a USB extension make sure it is a powered extension, and if not, connect the camcorder directly into a USB instead of using an extension.
My extension has a light to show that it is a powered extension.

I just got a brand new flip video mino hd and it wont turn on. i've charged it for atleast 4 hours. when it is plugged in the red light comes on. that is the only response i get from it. any...

I had to charge mine for 7 to 9 hours the first time, and make sure computer is left ON or it won't charge and the red light stays lit until it is fully charged. make sure the red light isn't blinking if it is, plug it into a different USB 2 port and don't use extension with it unless it is a powered USB extension.

My GE instajack is not working. It had a greeen signal, now it has a red signal.

Most likely, the extension unit cannot communicate with the
indicator light is solid base unit for one of the following reasons:
red • Base unit has yet to be installed. Install base unit. (Refer to
the Set Up section.)
• Extension is too far from the base unit. Relocate either the
base or extension unit to another electrical outlet. If
indicator light on extension
unit remains solid red, reprogram the link code on extension
unit

Follow these steps:
• Press and hold the button on the right side of the base
unit until the indicator light changes to solid red.
(Approximately five seconds.)
• Release the button, then the indicator light will blink orange.
This creates a new link code and places the base unit into
program mode.
• Follow steps (2) and (3) in the Additional Extension Units
section for all extension units.
• Press and release the button on the base unit to take it out of
program mode. The indicator light will change from flashing
orange to solid green.

Philips CD445 phone. How do i turn off the red blinking lights

Good luck. If you follow all of the above instructions and the red light keeps blinking, that's just the way it is. And that's according to the Philips tech support team. Especially if it's in relation to voice mail icon. The phone appears to think you have a voice mail message even if you've checked it and deleted them all or have no voice mail service whatsoever. So you may be stuck with the blinking red light forever.

It wont heat up and all the lights just keep blinking

I have the same problem EVERY time I want to use the crock pot. My solution has be patience. I find that if I turn it on, and the light blinks, but when i click it it will blink on 4 hours, then go back to the blinking light. By keeping the crock pot plugged in and off for about 10-15 minutes I was then able to set the crockpot up for cooking. As if the capacitors inside the unit needed power stored in them from the wall.
