My 1000w eliminator inverter only puts out 100w. overloads and goes to Fault

Check your battery voltage when running the inverter. At 100W, the voltage may drop several millivolts maximum, initially and will slowly drop. At 100W, the inverter may draw 15 to 20 amps from the battery. At 1000W, the inverter will draw upwards of 100A which is very hard for most batteries to provide for very long. I have a 5000W inverter connected to a 12V, 830AH battery bank. At 600W output, the inverter draws 70A. At 1500W, it draws almost 150A. At 600W output the battery voltage will drop almost 2 volts over 8 hours of operation. At 1500W, I would get maybe 5 hours, but I have never run a load like this for any length of time.

If you put a 100W load on the battery and the voltage drops 2 volts very quickly, then the battery is shot.

Yamaha 2400IS Generator goes to overload when ie: 240 volt plugged in, or 700 watt angle grinder plugged in.

No idea but somebody else will probably come along with a better idea then mine, seems a lot of these generators have this thing installed on them (Has $25 hard start kit). Not sure what it does or how it works. Strangely enough you said you use it for 240 volt. Looked at the picture and didn't see a 240 volt connection.
If you are using the what look like the 120 volt circuits you can't over load the unit. Maximum current draw will cause it to go into protection mode and shut down the power load. The following is an exert from the owners manual which I got from Yamaha's site. Link at the end of this post.

Hope this helps

Overload indicator light
The overload indicator light
1
comes on when an over-
load of a connected electrical device is detected, the
inverter control unit overheats, or the AC output voltage
rises. The electronic breaker will then activate, stopping
power generation in order to protect the generator and
any connected electric devices. The AC pilot light
(green) will go off and the overload indicator light (red)
will stay on, but the engine will not stop running.
When the overload indicator light comes on and power
generation stops, proceed as follows:
1. Turn off any connected electric devices and stop
the engine.
2. Reduce the total wattage of connected electric
devices within the application range.
3. Check for blockages in the cooling air inlet and
around the control unit. If any blockages are found,
remove.
4. After checking, restart the engine.

What is the rate on a 4 ton truck?

You need to contact your local licencing authority. The rate payable might depend on the payload capability or on the gross vehicle weight or even the train weight if it tows a trailer.

In the UK what used to be known as a three tonner became a 7.5 tonne vehicle under European rules (payload vs. GVW) but this applied only to goods carrying vehicles. When used for private purposes such vehicles were known as heavy motor cars and licenced at the same rate as cars.

The rules on such things vary depending on State, region or nation...

How do I program the H5CX ASN timer to turn on 5 mins and off 25 mins in an endless cycle. I don't understand the term Output Mode so from that point the instructions become meaningless.

Omron:

I believe you have 230Volt 50 Hz electric power.
Omron is rated 50-60 hz
US timers are rated 60 Hz.
Maximum load on Omron timer is 5amp at 230 volt
Timer should be connected to 2-pole contactor (relay) instead of directly connected to pump.

Does Amazon sell percentage cycle timer in your country?
A cycle timer makes one full revolution each hour, or 4-hours, or 12 hours. Then percentage is set for 8% for 1 hour cycle.
Contact Intermatic and ask if they have 50 cycle percentage cycle timer, or ordinary cycle timer in 50 Hz.

My 2006 L200 only overheats when I tow my caravan I dont overload it and I dont exeed 60 when I drive around town or on any other journeys it does not overheat and it is not losing water

you are in fact overloading your L200 by towing a caravan, the weight your towing is about 1.5-2 tons which is more than a 1ton truck should be hauling.the extra weight causes the motor to work harder thus run hotter and is why it doesn`t overheat when not towing it.the only common denomenator is you towing the van.thus the van is too heavy for your vehicle to tow without any problem.

When my washer is on spin cycle it is making a knocking noise and is loud. It is really bad on towels.

Sounds like it is being overloaded. Alternatively take the lid off and check that the counter-weights are still ok, these look like concrete blocks. Also try and look underneath by tilting the appliance back and checking the shock absorbers are still connected, these are the 2 bars connected between the drum and frame. If all looks ok try reducing the load size. Especially towels and jeans as they become very heavy when soaked with water.

Maximum trailor weight

This depends on a 1/2 ton or 3/4 ton, and you are talking about tongue weight. Your owners manuel should talk about tow hall, and hauling trailers.
