IF you forgot the wifi password, there is a reset button on the router that you can use to reset it back to the settings that it came with. If you use that you will have to reset a new password.

Just ask the person who did setup the code. You could try a reset to factory settings, but then all data, (Apps, notes settings just everything) will be wiped. You have to setup the tablet from scratch.
Was not able to find much on the Ultra. Have you gone to the Leap Frog site and tried to get updates or a firmware update?
