This is a Toll Fraud issue that is being access through an individual mailbox that has Outbound Transfer turned on in the COS. Someone will need to access the voice mail through the LAN interface and access the VMS GUI to manipulate the COS to turn off the Outbound Transfer in COS 1. This is a known issue on the Norstar related VMS\'s.

You have to cancel call forwarding from the forwarding phone, which is your home phone if I read your question properly. Try dialing * 7 3 from the home phone. If that doesn't do it, contact your telephone company (the one for your home phone) for their instructions regarding call forwarding.

Call Forward not working
Sounds like an IPK2. try just entering the forward destination in the first 2 fields. Why would the person being forwarded need calls? If you are forwarding his phone he can't receive calls. unless your just forwarding to vmail. cheaper rates at ldtsnj.com

The iphone does not support forwarding messages straight out of the box. If you have jailbroken your iphone you can install an app called weTool which allows you to forward sms, send to many, delete individual texts and call records one at a time. Its a very useful tool!

Using a calling card for a long distance fax
It will surely help if you are using a calling card that has a pinless dialing feature where you don't need to dial your pin. I use Onesuite.com calling card and it has that feature and sending a fax through regular fax machine is easier than having to dial your pin midpoint.
