5103 manual i need a manual & recipes

There is a website that is just known for collecting user manuals and posting them to their site, they have almost all icecream manuals listed.

Downloads are free, and they have tons of ice cream maker manuals, you should be able to find yours. Also my favorite home make ice cream recipe is for country vanilla, it is amazing.

This machine appears to be similar to SUNBEAM Brand GL5400 Ice Cream Machine sold here in AUSTRALIA. I have one of these myself.
Had no luck finding your Manual/Recipes on any of the international KENWOOD sites ... BUT found downloadable PDF file MANUAL/RECIPES on Australian SUNBEAM site ... which should be exactly what you need.
Go to www.sunbeam.com.au to download your items from Manuals and/or Recipes ... ok
