I did a google search and found only one link (below). I don't know if it is a con or a genuine manual.

In the absence of a dedicated manual you will have little choice but to gather information of a more generic type and apply it to your air-con. I expect most of them use the same working principle and similar component arrangement.

because you have the temperature set at 28 degrees celcuis . Change the temperature to 18 degrees and it will cool 28 is hotter
It is a reverse cycle air conditioner it will warm the room if you set temperature to 28 degrees . Set it lower and it will blow out cold air.
Have exact same air conditioner as I recognise the remote control.
point it at the air conditioner when altering the temperature setting.
Check under the slide compartment also on the remote for more advanced settings.

Air conditioners can only drop the temperature of the room temperature a maximum of 15 to 20 degrees F. A 95 degree F room temperature can drop to a maximum temperature of 75 to 80 degrees F. If the room temperature drops from 95 to 85 degrees F, Then the problem is having too small of a btu rating on the air conditioner or refrigerant has leaked out the sealed system which can affect the amount of cooling performance. You will have to buy a higher rated btu rated air conditioner if the temperature of the room drops by only 10 degrees F. Air conditioners are rated by how much heat that can be removed each hour. The more humid it is, the more work an air conditioner has to do. They cannot do more work than the btu rating that is listed on each air conditioner.

The processes are the same. If you set the fan speed to low, or to a poaition that cycles the fan only when the compressor in the unit is running and cooling controls/humidistat to about mid position, it should dehumidify without making the space too cold. If it is ot dry enough, lower the temperature or adjust to "Colder". If it is too cold, adjust the other way.

This is a generic description, but it should help getting things drier for you. I am only able to find one Heller division with a web page in the US dated 2004, but no portable Air conditioners nor dehumidifiers.

I have one of these Heller H-2400T heaters. To operate the timer try this: Plug into power and turn on. Set power control to either Low/Med/High. Set temperature control midway between Low & high.Rotate timer dial to the right to align time of day to the reference point. Ensure all of the red tabs are pulled out. Then push in the ones for the period you want the timer to operate. Works for me. Good luck

I have a Heller Gusty10c0 Portable Air Con. When It hasn't been used for a while. I turn it on and it last about 10 minutes then just stops. Then when ever I turn it on it cuts out after about 30 secs to a minute. Can anybody help me please?

We have this same AC. To drain the reservoir completely, you need to tip it backward, basically until it's parallel with the floor. Kind of silly, but yeah. After draining, you want to run it on fan for a while (we leave the reservoir plug empty while doing this), which should evaporate out any remaining water.
That said, we still may only get a few hours out of it before needing to drain it again.
