try calling he store purchased its quit possibly a bad game.. or worst case a problem with your x box

Buy a new laser specifically for the brand of dvd drive, like phillips, hitachi, ect... only, the laser, if you purchase the whole dvd drive, then you have to flash it and all...too complicated. just the laser assembly and reinstall and enjoy.

its not a CD Rom... ist´s a DVD ROM.

Sorry but the system you bought was refurbished. Game Stop to me is like a dollar store F them. All they sell is used traded stuff.

It has to be reflown.. That's the only solution to fixing the audio problems , because its in the motherboard.

probly a broken dvd drive?

The problem could lie in the audio video cable or Hdmi cable. Try replacing that or even taking the 360 back for a new one. If thats not the solution then it could be the input on your tv.

I have a real good vibe that its your xbox 360. Have you tried to connect your xbox 360 to any other tv's? if the problem doesnt occur on the other tv's then its most likely your xbox 360. &here's a tip about playing games on new tv's. I know the tv must of cost alot&it's real nice but, if you play it on the bravia too much it's going to mess with the colors. Like white or blue looks kinda yellow. Thats what happened to my 80' inch hitachi big screen. so that's a big heads up!
