I have a problem with my new handset NOKIA C3-00. I have cleared all of my call log, but after that there are still some log that i can't delete it. I already tried to delete it many times, with the "clear log lists" and "delete the list that i want one by one", but still i can't delete the record that i want. The message that if i delete it one by one is "INVALID SELECTION". Please help me to find the solution for it. Thanks

SOURCE: i did restore my phone?s factory setting but the

reinstall the phone softwre. maybe the present software had been corrupted. u can update your phone software by using nokia software updater application.

try to format your nokia x3 by dialing *#7370# it will be wipe all data on phone memory,backup your important data before formating

The problem You are facing is a software issue , If u have a pc suite installed to your computer , then download the Nokia Software Updater from the official nokia website , install it , connect your phone to your pc , backup your data if you need it , else directly open tthe nokia softwarre updater , follow the instructions really carefully and update your device ,it take some time so be patient and do not disconnect until finish , this will definately solve your problem , and even your device will be updated with the latest phone firmware , regards , hope u will find this helpfull.

i am not sure how your problem come about or maybe i am using a different firmware but by accessing log, just choose options > delete, it will delete the single entry and not the whole list
